This is a great How To video for beginners! Unfortunately, I found that the videos are only explanations of the exercises rather than someone coaching you through an actual workout.

Has some decent exercises but nothing I cant find for free somewhere else. Doesnt walk you through a workout--just tells you how to do each exercise and SOMETIMES recommends reps but not always. Definitely not worth 4.99!

Excellent app with great video quality and easy to follow trainer. I have bought most of the apps from this developer and find it so useful to be able to work out at home or while I am traveling. The app gives you a choice of either instructions and rep sequences or video to follow. I prefer following a trainer and this give me that. Great job!
